عدد فيرما
في الرياضيات، عدد فيرما سمي كذلك نسبة إلى بيير دي فيرما. و هو أول من درس هذه الأعداد. عدد فيرما هو عدد صحيح موجب على شكل:

إذا كان العدد 2n + 1 هو عدد أولي وكان n > 0 من الممكن برهان أن n هو من مضاعفات العدد 2.
