براين لي كرانستون ممثل أمريكي ولد عام 1956 مارس السابع. شارك في العديد من الأعمال التليفيزيونية والسينمائية ولكن بدايته الحقيقية من المسلسل الكوميدي ((Malcolm in the Middle)) بدور الوالد ((هال)) ومن ثم اظهر ابداعه في المسلسل الدرامي Breaking Bad من قناة الAMC ولعب في المسلسل دور الكيميائي العبقري وهو مدرس كيمياء في الثانوية يكتشف ان لديه سرطان الرئة القاتل وبعد فترة يصادف جيسي وهو طالب سابق كان يدرس عنده ((آرون بول)) وهو يطبخ المخدرات من نوع الميثامفيتامين ومن هنا يبدأن بتشكيل ثنائي رائع في طبخ الميث وبيعه...انبهر نقاد الدراما الأمريكية بعد رؤيتهم لإبداع براين كرانستون في إختلال ضال (مسلسل)..وبسبب ابداعه هذا ترشح براين وفاز بالعديد من الجوائز. كرانستون حائز على 3 جوائز ايمي من فئة أفضل ممثل رئيسي عن دوره في مسلسل Breaking Bad لثلاث أعوام متتالية رغم أنه كان مرشح مع كبار الدراما الأمريكية مثل Hugh Laurie بدور House و Michael C. Hall بدور Dexter ونجوم آخرون. كرانستون رشح مره لجائزة جولدن جلوب لأفضل ممثل رئيسي عن دوره في مسلسل Breaking Bad ومره عن دوره في مسلسل Malcolm in the Middle. كرانستون أخرج حلقات من Malcolm in the Middle وحلقتين من Breaking Bad بالإضافة إلى الكتابة والإنتاج.
حياته
ولد براين كرانستون في ولاية كاليفورنيا وعاش في منطقة لوس انجلوس. درس علوم بوليسية في الجامعه. متزوج من Robin Dearden والتي قابلها في تصوير مسلسل Airwolf. لديهم ابنة Taylor Dearden ولدت عام 1993. كرانستون كان متزوج من الكاتبة Mickey Middleton.
